We are now looking for a Marketing and Site Manager for the Nordic pureplay banners of the Group. While our head office is in Helsinki, this role can also be based in Stockholm. As our Marketing and Site Manager will be going on maternity leave this summer, we are seeking an interim replacement for a period of 18 months.

About the role

As marketing and site manager, you are responsible for leading the Nordic pureplay marketing team, developing and executing the Musti pureplay sales and marketing strategies, minding both the Nordic pureplay and Musti Group dimensions. You make sure that these strategies meet customer expectations, follow market trends and are in alignment with our overall business strategies. Together with your team, you are responsible both for the pureplay online & site performance and in digital & traditional marketing.

Key responsibilities:

• planning and monitoring the pureplay marketing strategy, budgets and actions
• coordinating pureplay campaigning together with the pureplay category + campaign manager
• brand development of the pureplay verticals
• assuring the customer satisfaction, growth and retention, the maximal site performance and sales volume through efficient marketing, roadmaps and strategies set together, in close collaboration, with the Musti Group, your team and Nordic colleagues in Finland, Sweden and Norway, and the head of Musti pureplay
• lead the team with encouragement and support, ensuring both strong performance and motivation

In this role, your main drivers in leading your team and the pureplay marketing are customer satisfaction, meeting the sales and profitability budget and keeping the marketing budget. Together with your team you are the ambassador for our pureplay category and campaign strategy.

You work with an agile, analytical, and data driven approach to continuously optimize and develop our marketing and site.

What we are looking for

You have a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years’ experience and a proven track record in marketing, performance marketing, and ecommerce, preferably at the Nordic level. Our company language is English, and you should be fluent in either Finnish or Swedish —knowing both is a plus.

You have excellent organizational skills and capacity to run multiple processes simultaneously. You are resilient, have entrepreneurial mindset and thrive to digital marketing and ecommerce. Creativity and out of the box thinking help in succeeding in the role, and analytical ability to find actionable insights in data is a must. You can work both independently and within a team, and we value positive attitude and honesty – and a high drive.

This role is based either at our headquarters in Käpylä, Helsinki, or at our Stockholm office in Solna. Since your team is spread across both countries, regular travel will be required. We often have dogs in the office; therefore, the work might not be suitable for a person who is allergic to pets.
